New Highland Way opened: first access to Hilltop land

In the last few days the Gold Coast City Council opened the new Highland Way road between Reserve Road and the southern section of Stockland’s Highland Reserve development. Highland Way provides access to the new CrossLife property currently named “Hilltop”. The Hilltop development will provide a venue for Young Discoverers Outside of School Hours Care currently situated at Highland Reserve State School next door, releasing more classrooms for the growing school. It will also provide a community function centre for community use including for worship services for the CrossLife Highland Reserve campus, community offices and the potential for a variety of community services including a medical centre, gym and a café amongst others. Such needs will be in ever increasing demand as the population of the area continues to grow.

CrossLife is hoping to finalise tenders for builders in the next few weeks so construction can begin in mid-January 2017 for completion by October. Watch the short video below for your first drive up Highland Way to the Hilltop site including new views of the site from north and west!!
